Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-4 working days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your confirmation email or SMS. You will receive another notification after your item has been dispatched, has been updated or is ready for collection.

Due to the current pandemic there may be delays that are outside of our control.

DELIVERY COST

• We offer FREE DELIVERY if your order is above 500Dhs in Dubai. 
• For any other orders delivery is 150Dhs

We offer delivery services in all 7 Emirates. Please allow 3-4 working days for your delivery. 

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer Click & Collect from our showroom 7 days a week. Please allow 1-4 working days unless stated otherwise, you will be able to processing time in description of products.

You will receive a confirmation email on purchase of your product and another email confirming the order is ready for collection, after you receive this you can come collect your order.

Any issues you will be contacted directly by us, please be aware if you have chosen collection for bigger items you will be expected to provide your own suitable transport as well as people to help collect your order - we always recommend our delivery option for larger items.
